The Wellness Studio is open when the building is open. The staffed hours of The Wellness Studio are:

Monday: 7am-3pm
Tuesday: 11am-7pm
Wednesday: 11:30am-7:30pm
Thursday: 11am-7pm
Friday: 7am-3pm

The Wellness Studio offers meditation, yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, dance breaks, and barre.

Classes in The Studio are 30 mins or 45 mins in duration.  The classes in The Meditation Room are between 15 mins and 30 mins.
